By accessing or using DekorGenie("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DekorGenie provides tools to upload room imagery, explore AI-assisted interior concepts, and discover product ideas from third-party merchants. Visuals are generated for inspiration; final suitability, dimensions, colours, and compliance with building or rental rules remain your responsibility.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or breach these Terms.
4. Credits, payments, and refunds
Paid features may use credits or other purchase flows described at checkout. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at sale, purchases are generally final once usage has started. Taxes and invoicing obligations are as shown during payment.
5. Marketplace links & third parties
Product listings and outbound links may be provided by third parties (including marketplaces such as Amazon or IKEA). We do not operate those storefronts and are not responsible for their listings, fulfilment, returns, or pricing. Affiliate links may be used where disclosed.
6. Content you upload
You confirm you have the rights to images you submit. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material. Where technically needed to provide the Service, we may process your uploads consistent with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, or that designs are buildable in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if none.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example, by posting a notice on the Service). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
